This module is in two parts and it is recommended that you undertake all the elements to fully understand performance coaching and how to conduct effective performance coaching reviews. The whole module should take 20-30 minutes.

This video package was part of the Performance Coaching sessions run for the Council by Worth Consulting.

It provides advice and examples to enable Managers to effectively coach their employees.

This course is a requirement for those participating as Interviewers on the Council's recruitment panels.

Areas of study include shortlisting, preparing and conducting the interview and the relevant documentation.

You can complete the course in more than one sitting as you can pick up where you left it the next time you return to the training.

This section contains a number of modules from the Council's Leadership Development Programme.  The programme provides training for employees in a supervisory/management role or those who aspire to such roles.  Most modules should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and include interactive learning, videos and links to other resources.
